On Sunday April 18th, the guys from My CO Source conducted the most amazing Mushroom Growing Workshop at Everdale Organic Farm and Environmental Learning Centre.

I can safely say that the best thing about this workshop was the hands on experience in log inoculation with spawn plugs. Look forward to hearing comments from the other attendees!
